How do I get my details deleted?
Delete your account yourself from the Portal’s menu, any time; for anything else the brand holds, make a privacy request.
- Sign in, then open the menu on the page.
- Open your account.
- Choose delete account and confirm.
Want a copy first, or something else removed? Make a privacy request and we’ll pass it to the brand behind the Portal.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a ticket you’ve paid for and still need.
