The Page a Tap Opens
hlls.departmnt.io, the H.LLS Portal
You held your phone to something real, a record, a wristband, a wall, and it brought you here. Every Portal on departmnt.io belongs to an artist, a brand or a venue. We build them. They make them theirs.
No App, Ever
Three steps, and only the last one is about you.
01 Tap · The tag
Hold your phone to it. No app, no camera, no code to scan. Every modern phone reads it.
02 Open · The Portal
The page opens in your browser. Nothing to download, and no account before anything happens.
03 Choose · You
Play the record, grab the ticket, join the club. Sign up only if you want to: nothing about you is kept until you do.
Where Taps Have Led

Nothing You Didn't Choose
A tap records which tag, when, and the kind of phone. Not who you are.
- The tag carries its own ID, never yours.
- The artist or brand owns their Portal and what you share with it. We run it for them, under contract.
- Every yes is kept with what it was for, the words you agreed to, and when. Take it back whenever you like.
- Notifications off in two taps. Your account deleted whenever you want, by you.
Not Opening?
- Wake your phone, screen on.
- iPhone: tag to the top edge. Android: the middle of the back.
- Android: check tag reading is on (next to contactless payments in Settings).
Is It Real?
Advance tags sign every tap with a one time code, so a copied link or a cloned tag simply fails. Tap a product you don't own and the Portal tells you it's genuine.
How we checkNot Right?
A tag that looks fake, a Portal that isn’t what the product promised, or something that shouldn’t be there. We read every report.
