A tag that won’t open, a tag you don’t trust, or a Portal showing something it shouldn’t.
Tag not opening? Try this first.Wake your phone with the screen on. On iPhone, hold the tag near the top edge; on most Android phones, the middle of the back. On Android, check tag reading is switched on: it sits next to contactless payments in Settings, under Connections or Connected devices.
