Why aren’t my notifications arriving?
Most often the page was opened inside another app, or on iPhone not from its Home Screen icon; notifications need your phone’s own browser or the icon.
- On iPhone or iPad, open the page from its Home Screen icon and allow notifications there.
- Notifications can’t work inside other apps such as Instagram or TikTok. Choose “Open in Safari” or “Open in Chrome”.
- Check notifications are allowed for the page, or your browser, in your phone’s settings.
- Check Focus or Do Not Disturb isn’t hiding them.
