What do the messages on a Portal mean?
Messages like Members only, Coming soon or Open in Safari tell you what the page needs next; each one is explained below.
- Sign up to continue
- Enter your name and email and follow the email link. The page then opens fully.
- Members only
- This part is for members. Sign in if you are one. If not, the card may tell you how to join.
- Coming soon
- Locked until the countdown ends. Turn on notifications, if offered, to hear when it opens.
- Open in Safari or Chrome
- You’re inside another app, like Instagram. Some things, like notifications, only work in your phone’s own browser.
- You’re in
- Your reply, entry or booking went through. Look out for an email with the details.
